Made from 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon from our younger vines. The colour is a light to medium red and shows a lovely bright and clean appearance. On the nose it displays fine, fresh and intense Cabernet notes with hints of menthol, raspberry and sugar barley that combine nicely with the ripe fruit roundness and elegance of the Merlot.

This wine is made from 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon from our younger vines and was picked in perfect conditions in late September and early October. The colour is a light to medium red and shows a lovely bright and clean appearance. On the nose it displays fine, fresh and intense Cabernet notes with hints of menthol, raspberry and sugar barley that combine nicely with the ripe fruit roundness and elegance of the Merlot. On the palate it displays more sweet concentrated blackberry and blackcurrant flavours, with soft rounded tannins, a delicate structure and a pleasant fruity fiinish. It is already drinking well and is an ideal lunchtime or light dinner wine.
